Family Day | Mapping Movement
*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 02/29/2020
On the last Saturday of every month, CAG invites all ages to drop-in for short exhibition tours and free art-making activities that respond to our current exhibitions.
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
This February, Contemporary Art Gallery, Vancouver and ArtStarts in Schools invite you to a unique Family Day that translates movement across science, dance and the visual arts. At ArtStarts, explore movement through time and space in a workshop led by dancer Lily Cryan. At CAG, families can contribute to a collaborative drawing that takes inspiration from exhibiting artist Ingrid Koenig’s large-scale artworks.
All ages and abilities welcome!
*Times, dates, and prices of any activity posted to our calendars are subject to change. Please be sure to click through directly to the organization’s website to verify.
