2022 Grouse Grind Mountain Run

The Grouse Grind™ Mountain Run returns on Saturday, September 17th for its 30th year! This Vancouver classic is the true test of your season's training. Whether you are coming out to set a new record for the fastest Grouse Grind, to better your best time, or to raise funds for BC Children’s Hospital, this is an excellent celebration of the Grouse Grind season.

Planning your next team building session for your office? Create a corporate team and vie for the title of Vancouver’s Fastest Corporate Grinders! Need convincing? There's nothing but fun waiting for you once you reach the top! Race Day in the Mountaintop Plaza will be buzzing with activity including award presentations, and live music. Live results will be posted online on race day.
2022 Cash Purse up for grabs - both male and female top finishers:

Rally your friends and join us on September 17th to celebrate a great season of Grouse Grinding! Step up your participation by raising money for the cardiology department of BC Children's Hospital. The dedicated team of cardiologists, surgeons, nurses and researchers provides specialized care to children who live with congenital or acquired heart conditions. Your donations ensure these caregivers can continue their great work and provide BC's children with the best heart health care possible, allowing them to reach their fullest potential! In addition to the $5 of each registration that will be donated to BC Children's Hospital, you can continue your fundraising and make a big difference.
Race shirts are available for purchase online during registration, limited quantities available. So remember to get one before they’re gone. The cost is $30 and all proceeds go directly to BC Children's Hospital Foundation.
