Quest University Camp 2019
For boys entering Grades 6-9 Development Group & Grade 9-12 Elite Group
July 29-August 1
- Drop off between 2 – 3pm.
- Pick-up between 1-2pm
Location: Quest University, Squamish, BC
Tentative Camp Itinerary:
Monday, July 29
2:00-3:00pm Check in dorms
3:30-5:00pm Ball handling and one on one (both groups)
6:00pm Dinner at cafeteria
7:30-9:00pm Shooting and transition (both groups)
10:00pm own rooms
10:15pm lights out
Tuesday, July 30
8:00am wake up
8:20am Breakfast at cafeteria
9:15-11:00am Group 1 Skills with Doug/Group 2 Off Court with Jamie (Goal Setting)
11:00-12:15pm Group 2 Skills with Doug/Group 1 Off Court with Jamie (Goal Setting)
12:30pm Lunch in cafeteria
1:30-3:00pm Shooting
3:00-5:00pm Open Gym
6:00pm Dinner at cafeteria
7:00-9:30pm 5on5 games
10:00pm own rooms
10:15pm lights out
Wednesday, July 31
8:00am wake up

9:15-11:00am Group 1 Skills with Doug.
11:00-12:15pm Group 2 Skills with Doug
12:30-1:30pm lunch
1:45-2:30pm skits
3:00-5:00pm 3on3 concepts and 3on3 tourney
6:00pm Dinner at cafeteria
7:00-9:30pm 5on5 games
Thursday, August 1

9:00-10:30pm shooting games and competitions
10:30-11:00pm Room cleanup

1:00pm Pickup from Gym

Reversible jersey
Indoor and Outdoor shoes

Hoodie
Sweat Pants
Snacks/drinks (Some rooms have refrigerators but ot all)
