Life’s 2 Short 4 Just 1 Sport!
Following the principles of the American Development Model (ADM) and Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD), 2-4-1 is the premier Sport Sampling program in the North America focused on fostering Physical Literacy in young athletes – living their tagline of “Life’s 2 Short 4 Just 1 Sport”

For Boys and Girls Grades 1 to 9.
Just a typical day at 2•4•1 Sports.

Sport 1 (eg. basketball)
10:30 am
Break – crossover to sport 2 (locker room available)
10:45 am
Sport 2 (eg. Soccer)
12:15 pm
Lunch (gather at end of lunch for announcements/contest of the day winners etc.)
1:15 pm
Sport 3 – (All campers participate in Universal Sports) *DON’T FORGET 2:41pm – everyday we gather for a special surprise to take a break from the afternoon heat!
