Access Day at Greater Vancouver Zoo

The Greater Vancouver Zoo is excited to offer Access Day 2024 on Thursday May 23rd, Come visit animals from around the world and collect stamps on your Zoo Passport!
Access Day is specifically designed to be accessible for all individuals. Gates open at 9:00AM and activities will run from 10:00-2:00.
Admission is $10 per participant. For the smoothest experience make sure to buy online via our website, but tickets can be purchased at the gate if desired. One personal care attendant is free per individual (Please note Access 2 cards are not required at this time but will be required when visiting again in the future.)

Special entrance available from 9:00AM to 12:00PM. Busses park free and staff will be on site to help direct them.
Sensory stations and activities can be found throughout the zoo and depicted on the map and available from 10:00-2:00
Mesozoic Adventure will be muted from 9-11am, and all dinosaur roars will be quieter for the rest of the day. The Discovery Centre, located next to Oasis Kitchen, will act as a “quiet space”.
In respect to those attending Access Day, The Safari Express Train will not be operating until after 2:00.
