Room 1.3 – Pottery Wheel Throwing Studio
2:30-4:30pm – Wheel Throwing Various Forms with Andra Galbin-Pristavu
Andra will demonstrate wheel throwing techniques, throwing various forms on the pottery wheel. There will be a sample of their finished works on display.
Join in on one of the two wheels that will be set up and try you hand at wheel thrown pottery!
Room 1.4 – Pottery Hand-building Studio
12:30-2:30pm – Hand-Building Techniques with Maya Florey
Maya will demonstrate how to make mugs and pinch pots by hand, without the use of a pottery wheel. There will be a sample of her finished works on display.
Join in and create your very own small mug or tea light with a ball of clay!
