The teenage years can feel like a sudden disconnect, but they don’t have to be.
This presentation introduces a conscious parenting approach to help you stay emotionally connected, even through resistance, mood swings, and conflict.

You’ll learn how to:

Understand what’s really driving your teen’s behavior Respond instead of react in challenging moments Build trust and open communication Create a relationship your teen actually wants to come back to

Bio:
Having spent over 25 years as a trauma-informed clinical HIV pharmacist, Arleen Tyndall has supported individuals navigating mental health and addiction challenges in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside.

She has trained with Oprah's favourite parenting expert and Conscious Parenting pioneer, Dr. Shefali, to support parents and advocate that our children be raised in connected relationships with presence and understanding.
