Executive function skills support organization, planning, time management, emotional regulation, and independence — both in and out of school.
This camp is designed for students who are capable learners but feel overwhelmed by school demands, daily routines, or expectations. Many students benefit from executive function support whether or not they have a formal diagnosis. The focus is on building practical strategies students can apply immediately to schoolwork, routines, and everyday responsibilities.
What Parents Want to Know:
- Skills are taught explicitly and practiced step by step
- Students learn how to plan, organize, and break tasks into manageable parts
- Strategies focus on time management, transitions, and follow-through
- Guided practice helps students apply skills independently
- The environment is supportive, structured, and non-judgmental
Is This Camp a Good Fit?
This camp may be a good fit if your child:
- Has strong abilities but struggles to stay organized
- Becomes stressed or shut down by expectations
- Has difficulty managing time, workload, or transitions
- Benefits from clear strategies, guided practice, and supportive coaching
Executive function challenges are common in students with ADHD, learning differences, or no formal diagnosis at all — and targeted support can make a meaningful difference.
A formal diagnosis is not required to participate.
