Feasts of Coquitlam: Mexican Cooking Demonstration

Join us at the Museum on the evening of June 26 for a Mexican session of Feasts of Coquitlam!
We will be joined by Mi Tradicion Mexican Cuisine who will be demonstrating a selection of dishes, followed by a meal together in our heritage dining room.

Sopes (Fried disks of corn masa topped with meats & other savoury toppings)
Ceviche (Raw seafood dish marinated with lime, fresh veggies, often served with chips)
