Frequently asked questions about posting camps to KidsOutAndAbout's calendar

Answers to questions we always get asked about posting:

1) Yes, if you want to upgrade your organization (it's $100/month), the earlier you upgrade, the higher your camps will appear in the top upgraded section of the week-by-week calendar, AND the higher your camps will appear on their appropriate subject category pages.

2) Yes, you can upgrade for just certain months of the year (ideally March-May, peak camp search months). Those who maintain their upgrade year-round never lose their place.

3) Yes, you can pay us to enter your camps and events for you; this is known as an "upgraded upgrade" and costs $125/month for the time you're upgraded.

4) YES, it is absolutely worth your while to post your camps even if you're not upgraded. The free stuff works with us, too!

5) Sure, you can check to see whether you have already posted your camps; they'll appear at the bottom of your organization listing on KidsOutAndAbout.com if you have posted.

6) Log in with your user ID or your email address. If your computer doesn't remember your password, you can easily have another one sent to you. If that still doesn't work, just email the KOAA publisher with Password Help in the subject; tell me who you are and what organization you're from, and we'll get you a new one promptly. We have a very useful page with tips for how to get logged in and posting your camps; click here for How To Post Your Summer Camps to KOAA's Calendar.

7) If you don't see your camp in the expected camp subject pages, you probably don't have the proper categories checked. Log in, head to your organization listing from the link to it on your My Account page, click the Edit tab, and revisit the categories. Ask me if you have questions.

8) Yes, Of COURSE we'd love it if you were to go beyond the free stuff and let us promote you even more vividly to our audience (85% parents, 15% grandparents, 82% women). Here is a link to our camp packages
