Gratitude Yoga on the River

Join us for Gratitude Yoga on the River, a beginner-friendly Gentle Yoga & Gratitude workshop overlooking the stunning Fraser River. Discover how gratitude can boost your health, happiness, and productivity while reducing stress, with simple techniques to incorporate into daily life. Led by Laura O’Reilly from Yoga at the Quay, this session is open to ages 16+ and runs on Saturday, January 25th, from 9–10:15 AM at the Fraser River Discovery Centre. Cost: $28 (pre-registration required).
