JCOS To Offer Executive Function Webinar Series

The John Cardinal O’Connor School in Irvington, New York, is sponsoring a free webinar series to build children’s executive function skills at home. These webinars will provide families with strategies that foster cooperation and connection in order to make life at home easier.
Focus areas include emotional regulation, organization, task initiation, inhibition, sustained attention and working memory. The webinars are open to all community members with children in grades K-8.
Each session in the series is broken down by grade level. The first session, for grades K-4, will take place on Tuesday, March 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The second session, for grades 5-8, will be take place on March 23, 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
