Through a series of interactive workshops, discussions, and activities, participants will delve into critical topics such as power dynamics, patriarchy, intersectionality, and their relationship to gender-based violence (GBV).

MANifest Change is a multi-session series project, consisting of five sessions per series. Each session spans two hours and involves discussion workshops facilitated by counselors, facilitators, and mentors. Participants are encouraged to step outside their comfort zones and engage in the learning process.

We emphasize trust, accountability, and empowerment, fostering relationships among participants and between participants and facilitators.

Practical Tools and Strategies

Participants gain practical tools and strategies to challenge unhealthy ideals of masculinity, promote gender equality, and actively prevent GBV in their communities.
