Taking care of your kids and your own mental health as a parent can be challenging..
To help reduce barriers within affordable mental health resources available in the community, starting September 27th, we will be offering bi-weekly Parents' Circle of Trust facilitated by our registered counselor.
This will be a closed group, where parents will have a chance to expand their emotional support system, share their stories and stresses, and create new meaningful connections.
*Limited childminding is available upon request.
