SPES EcoCamp: Spring Wings

March is a magical time in Stanley Park: the herons are returning to their nest colony, pollinators are emerging, and early spring blooms begin, including cherry blossoms! As the natural world awakens, our campers will discover the vibrant transformation of the park’s plants and animals.

Embark on a feathered adventure at our Spring Wings EcoCamp, where the skies come alive with the enchanting world of birds! This week we invite campers to discover many bird habitats in Stanley Park, such as the great blue heron colony by the tennis courts. We'll go birding with binoculars around Lost Lagoon, observe nests big and small, and learn about a few other flying creatures in the park. Come nerd about birds through activities, crafts, and adventures in the forest this spring break!
