All children must register for a full week.

* We cannot guarantee a nut free zone, but ask participants to please be respectful of those with allergies
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR PARENTS BEFORE REGISTERING
If your child has higher support needs but you would still like to experience the gym environment and practice integrating into camps or classes, we have a dedicated one-on-one motor and developmental therapy program for neurodivergent and disabled children and youth, called Empowering Steps (ES). Please let us know if you are interested in further information about the ES program and how to get started. (604-544-1201)
Support need questions:
Does your child require one-on-one support to stay with the group, follow verbal instructions, wait for their turn, or express needs (i.e. water, bathroom break)?
Does your child have any sensory sensitivities that may be exacerbated by crowds, loud noise or music, unexpected actions or changes in schedule?
To ensure everyone’s safety, due to the complex, busy, shared gym environment, participants in recreational group classes should be able to do the above independently, or with a dedicated 1:1 support person (such as an EA or parent). External support personnel may be required to complete additional paperwork, and must follow the directions of the coach for spotting or using equipment. If you do not have a dedicated support person, additional support may be available at an added cost.
Policies: Club Aviva reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any participants from the camp, without refund. Club Aviva is a bully free zone and will not tolerate any such behavior. We also reserve the right to move campers to an age-appropriate group.
Cancellation: Club Aviva reserves the right to cancel a camp at any time for any reason. In such cases, all fees for a cancelled program will be refunded.
Refunds: Refunds for 80% of the camp fees will only be given with a minimum of 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Pro-rated refunds are NOT given for days absent or for any other reasons including injury or illness. All refund
requests made 2 weeks in advance of the start of the camp must be submitted in writing with our refund request form on our website.
Punctuality: Club Aviva is not responsible for children before or after camp times. Repeated early drop off or late pick up will result in cancelled participation without refund.
