Sumo Sundays: Children's Workshop

Join Sumo Sundays in this one-hour, introductory sumo workshop for children aged 5-10 years old! Participants will learn the basics of sumo wrestling through light warm-ups, games and activities that incorporate movement, and the option to put their new skills to the test. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing a water bottle. Parents/guardians are required to be present and may participate if they wish. All sizes, genders and experiences welcome.
