Viking Camp

Vancouver’s only summer camp where kids aged 8-14 can learn the skills needed to become a Viking in a safe and fun environment at Lykopis Archery School.

Viking Camp is a five day program with a mix of games, history, Sagas (Viking storytelling) and physical activity. Each student will learn about Viking history and culture by learning to craft and maintain their own equipment including a choice between making their own longbow or designing and making their own shield and axe. As well as making their own practise friendly equipment, they will learn the traditional methods of Viking archery and the basics of axe and shield use, practised through organized martial games.
