ABC Life Literacy Canada offers a variety of free programs and resources for community learning organizations. Our programs touch on all areas of literacy, from family and workplace literacy to financial and digital literacy. Whether you’re looking for a way to prepare your learners to enter the workforce, offer new engaging programming for families or help newcomers understand banking in Canada, we have a program to suit your needs.

All Bodies Dance Project

We offer accessible dance classes for adults and youth of all abilities, genders and backgrounds. We strive to create an open, safe and fun environment where everyone can experience the joy of moving and creating and where differences are celebrated

BC Speech Language and Communication

Sign language instruction can be arranged and tailor made for the families, friends and professionals working with individuals who are learning to use signs to communicate. Small classes can be created for groups of people working with a communication delayed individual or one on one individualised training can be provided.

Deaf Children's Society of British Columbia

Sign language classes are provided to the family and extended family in the family home or at the child's community daycare or preschool. These fun and enjoyable lessons are offered on a weekly or bi-weekly basis according to the family's needs. Our qualified deaf instructors will provide sign lessons that meet the day-to-day communicative needs of the family, with basic sign language vocabulary to start, working up to sentences and stories. Sign language instruction is also available on an Outreach basis, where available.
