Al Mozaico Flamenco Dance Academy offers comprehensive technique and choreography classes for all levels and for all ages from Children to Adults and from Beginner to Advanced. The academy is well-known for its unique “Por Fiesta” classes that explore musicianship, improvisation, and personal artistic development. Classes and workshops are also offered in abanico (fan), manton (shawl), bata de cola (skirt with long train) and palillos (castanets) as well as cajon (box drum), palmas (handclapping), cante (singing) and guitar.

Coastal City Ballet is a repertory ballet company, based in the beautiful city of Vancouver, BC Canada, that provides performance opportunities for emerging dancers, both Canadian and international. The repertoire of Coastal City Ballet ranges from commissioned works in contemporary and classical ballet, to the development of story ballets. Company members maintain a daily schedule similar to that of a professional ballet company with daily class, rehearsals and scheduled performances. Coastal City Ballet is dedicated to providing dance to the Greater Vancouver area and throughout British Columbia, as well as the possibility of both Canadian and international tours.

The Kauhane Polynesian Dance School is proud to offer classes in Hawaiian, Tahitian, Maori and other Polynesian island dance, with the main focus of teaching in Hawaiian. Teaching is in both kahiko (ancient) and 'auana (modern) styles of dance. Students learn language, culture, and history as an integral part of their dance lessons.

Mi-Cher Dance Academy offers ballet and modern dance classes in South Surrey. The modern program supplements the dancers ballet training.We offer exams with both the Royal Academy of Dance and the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance.
From ages 3 to adult and from beginner to advanced level, students can choose a wide range of classes from within seven programs: Preschool Program (classes for ages 3 - 5 years), General Program (all non-competitive dance classes), Performance Program (various genres of dance that compete in local dance competitions), Solo, Duo & Trio Program (for individuals to gain more performance and competition experience), Examination Program (RAD Ballet and ISTD Modern with examination opportunities in the Spring), Apprentice Program (KTL Hip Hop for Grades 10+) and our Half-Day Program (for high school aged dancers beginning at 1:45pm Monday - Friday).

Surrey Civic Theatres are built on the unceded territories of the se’mya’me (Semiahmoo), q̓ʷɑ:n̓ƛ̓ən̓ (Kwantlen), and q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie) nations. We are honoured to work and learn on land they have stewarded since time immemorial. Surrey Civic Theatres are owned and operated by the City of Surrey. Venues include the Main Stage and Studio Theatre inside the Surrey Arts Centre, and Centre Stage located inside Surrey City Hall. Events held on these stages are both programmed by Surrey Civic Theatres’ staff, as well as presented by organizations and individuals who rent the theatres. Together, they provide the community with a spectrum of performing arts and entertainment options.

Our studio welcomes hundreds of dancers between the ages of 3-17 through our Fraser Street doors 7-days a week, in the genres of hip hop, contemporary, ballet, jazz, breakdance, tap, broadway and acro.
We specialize in teaching the technique and artistry of Tap Dancing. Our focus is on understanding the foundation of this great dance form so that students can make this a life long activity. Our classes are kept on the smaller side to ensure a quality experience.
