At Arise, our mission is to empower children and youth with the confidence and tools they need to take ownership of their bodies, their relationships and their lives. We do that through social-emotional learning based self-defense and movement programs.
Be Your Own Hero is our signature program for young teens. Each week, we come together for deep discussions, mindfulness, fitness, games, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense.
