Tri-Cities Gracie Jiu-Jitsu teaches a self-defence martial art. Students are taught non-violent techniques that focus on confidence, leverage, timing, energy efficiency and natural body movements. Classes focus on collaborative learning, personal empowerment, confidence and a fun, inclusive community.
Gracie Bullyproof classes are available for kids aged 5-17.
